Geno Washington joins an already impressive lineup to headline this year’s Durham Blues Festival.

The annual event is celebrating its fifth anniversary and will be held at the impressive Gala Theater in picturesque County Durham on Saturday 20th June. Joining the legendary Geno Washington on the bill will be British Blues sensation Aynsley Lister, guitar virtuoso Larry Miller, British rock band The Brew, Finnish slide guitar goddess Erja Lyytinen and Red Butler.

The festival will also be hosting an acoustic “Blues Cafe” stage, which will feature the likes of Gary Grainger, Starvin’ Sid, and Alex McKown to name but a few of the artists playing.

National Blues Review will be in attendance to bring you all of the action from the festival as it happens.
